Guidelines Virtual Incidents:

 

1. Mute the friend. 

2 Put them in a separate breakout room from the group. 

3 You can gain control and structure over the main group. 

4. Address the other friend in the breakout room - if they understand they are wrong, you can give them a chance to return to the group, or, you can let them know they are welcome to join on a day where they can use friendly language.
