Do I Have to Create an Account?All participants are required to create an account in order to access the booking calendar and sign up for hangouts. Creating an account will save you time and allow us to get to know you better. If you have not already done so, with a parent or caregiver, follow this checklist and click here to create your very own WGF account.

Do I Have to Sign Up?All participants MUST SIGN UP to hang out. In the event any hangout is canceled, all registered friends will get an email notification of the change. We also collect attendance in compliance with grants and funding we receive to keep WGF free for all.

Do I Need a Chaperone?WGF is NOT a drop-off program. In-person events REQUIRE a parent/caregiver to attend with their participant(s). This is a great time for the parents to hang out too!

How do I Attend a Group?Virtual: Sign up on our website calendar and you will receive a Zoom link in your confirmation email (and again at the start of the group). In-Person: Sign up on our website calendar and check-in at arrival on-site.
